Exchanges Only
Items are available for exchange within 7 days of date received. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached.

Please note that customer is responsible for all exchange shipping charges to and from.
***Please insure your package in the event that it does not arrive OR arrives damaged. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages***
If you receive an item that is damaged/defected you must notify Past & Presents within 48 hours of receiving your package which we can track from your tracking number.

Process of Exchanges

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item that you wish to exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you will have 48 hours to choose something in place of your returned item.

Promotion items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately promotion items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges on defective/damaged items
We only replace items (at our cost) if they are defective or damaged. We will need a photo of defect/damage within in 48 hours of receipt of package sent to our email: Shop@pastandpresentsonline.com If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Shop@pastandpresentsonline.com and send your item to: 307 West Poplar Ave Collierville Tennessee US 38017.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to and from should you decide to exchange an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
