Sales Policy
All items are subject to prior sale. Due to the uniqueness of
our store, we maintain an ALL SALES FINAL/NO RETURNS policy. We do not
accept returns for any reason. However, we do offer an approval policy to determine
suitability of an item before purchasing it.
Approvals
As a courtesy, we allow you to take most items home
for a 24 hour approval period. This allows you to make sure colors, textures,
sizes, etc. work with the décor in your home before committing to the purchase.
If an item is not returned by the close of the next business day, we will
treat it as a final sale and process your payment.
Design Services Available
We have experienced professional designer/decorators who are happy to assist in
any aspect of your project. Just let us know you have an interest in this service.
Gift Certificates
If you can’t decide on that perfect gift, we can help.
Our staff is happy to help you choose just the right thing. If you’re
still uncertain, purchase a gift certificate in any amount—sure to please even
the most discriminating taste.
Shipping
We ship everywhere. An estimate on your shipping can be given
at your request. However, an accurate rate can only be given once the item is
packaged and sent. You will be notified immediately of the exact charges.
Layaways
We offer a 60 day layaway program for any single item over $100. Your
initial deposit is 1/3 of your total sale, a second payment of 1/3 is required within 30
days, and a final payment by the 60th day. Sale items may not be placed in
layaway.
Payment
We accept payments by cash, checks, Visa, or MasterCard, Discover, &
American Express.

We are conveniently located in the heart of historic Collierville at 307
Poplar Avenue West. (on the southeast corner of Poplar and Cooper between
Wal-Mart and the Town Square) our vintage Service Station building can’t be
missed. Look for our black and white façade and decorative flags blowing in the
breeze.
